Fees & Referrals
Face-to-Face and telehealth appointments are $280.
Sessions are 50 minutes, with additional time taken for documentation, reflection and communication with other health professionals.
You do not necessarily need a referral to see a psychologist. You are welcome to attend without a referral from your doctor, however, there would be no rebate on the above fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When the cancelled appointment cannot be filled or the scheduled appointment is not attended, the full session fee will be charged.

You may be eligible for rebated sessions under a MHTP. Please discuss a Plan with your GP or Psychiatrist and complete a referral. You can access 10 sessions per calendar year under a MHTP, at your doctor’s discretion. Rebate: $149.05 (out of pocket expense: $130.95).

Lauren operates her own practice at Oxford Street Medical Centre, Bulimba.
Mental Health Treatment Plans: Please send through a copy of both the MHTP and your referral. Please include on your referral the number of referred sessions (a maximum of 6 per referral). Lauren will contact the named person on the referral to complete an intake and offer an appointment.
