About Lauren

I have over 15 years of experience as a psychologist, including seven years of university training and more than a decade working across hospitals, community mental health and private practice in NSW, Queensland and the UK.

Over the course of my career, I have developed a particular clinical interest in working with adults and older adults as they navigate ageing, adjustment and life transitions. I am interested in the ways that changes in health, identity, relationships, roles and circumstances can shape our sense of self and wellbeing, and I enjoy supporting people to find meaning and a sense of direction during these periods of change.

My therapeutic style is warm, relational and collaborative. I take the time to understand your individual story and provide a non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable bringing your authentic self to therapy. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for exploring challenges, developing new perspectives and making meaningful changes that support a fulfilling life.

I am available for clinical supervision for colleagues.
